Card payments run through Stripe, the payment platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. You pay on an encrypted Stripe page, your card details never touch our servers, and your receipt arrives by email the moment the payment clears.

Open the secure pageThe link opens Stripe's hosted checkout. Look for the padlock and the https address before entering anything.
Enter your card and verifyPay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment with a one-time code.
Get your receiptPayment is confirmed in real time and your receipt and booking confirmation are emailed to you straight away.

CounselTrain never asks for your card number, CVV or PIN by email, phone or WhatsApp. If you receive a message that does, please do not reply to it — call us on +971 4 385 4500 and we will confirm whether it came from us.

Questions about paying for your course

Does paying with Tabby cost more than paying in full?

No. When you keep to the payment schedule, you pay the same course fee as everyone else, split into four. Tabby adds no interest and we add no surcharge for choosing it. Late payments may attract charges set by Tabby under its own terms.

Is my card safe when I pay online?

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own encrypted, PCI DSS Level 1 certified pages. We never see or store your full card number, and your bank can add a one-time code check before the payment goes through.

Can my employer be invoiced instead?

Yes. We accept Purchase Orders to book a seat — send the PO with your course, dates and delegate numbers, and we will hold the seats while your finance team processes it. Refer to the Contact Us page for addressing the PO.

How do I know my payment has been received?

Card and Tabby payments are confirmed in real time and a receipt is emailed to you immediately. Bank transfers depend on your bank's clearing time, so please send us the transfer confirmation and quote your invoice reference to speed up matching.

Who do I contact about an invoice or a refund?

Call our office on +971 4 385 4500 or email learning@counseltrain.com with your booking reference, and our accounts team will take it from there.
